Start and End: 4/8/2016 – 7/12/2017
The Fluke Hall Renovation will renovate the ~12,600 SF cleanroom, and upgrade ~75,000 SF of mechanical and electrical infrastructure within the 4-story building. The heart of this project will be the new Nanofabrication Facility semiconductor cleanroom, which was originally built in 1988.
The building will be partially occupied throughout the duration, including use of the existing cleanroom. Extreme care has been taken to minimize the impact of construction for faculty and students within Fluke Hall. Construction will take place in three phases to allow the existing cleanroom to remain operational throughout construction.
